Jason and Paul began working on MakeLeaps in 2010. We launched our software October 2011, and since then we’ve been working hard every day listening to our customers and continuing to improve our software every day.
In only a short period of time, we’ve managed to put together a highly professional, focused team of professionals, dedicated to achieving our vision.
MakeLeaps is bilingual invoicing software allowing invoice senders in Japan to create, manage and send documents.
We’re looking for someone to join the support team, eventually evolving to a deeper role in customer success.
We want to help people get up and running on MakeLeaps, and listen and understand carefully about their business and unique needs, so we can build amazing solutions for them.
If this role is done correctly, you become the most important voice in the company - the voice of the customer.

Experience in hospitality. Not necessarily IT. Fast learner. Good eye for detail. Great attitude. Super friendly and enjoys talking with people. If you have all of these things, we can train you with the necessary IT skill and knowledge.
