    Description

    We’re seeking a friendly Customer Happiness Specialist to grow with our startup in Tokyo!

    Working with our global team from Singapore, Korea, Taiwan and Japan, you will be responsible for providing superior service and creating memorable and amazing experiences with our customers.

    You will also be responsible for understanding what activities increase customer retention and aligning that with internal company priorities in ways that benefit our customers. Your goal is to add more value to existing customers and retain them through channels like email, social, and content.

    Responsibilities:

    • Actively manage the happiness of our customers
    • Collaborate with Marketing to build a customer community of advocates that’ll participate in events and Case Studies
    • Partner with Marketing & Development teams to implement features that will increase customer retention
    • Respond to and resolve inbound support issues via emails and/or calls
    • Generate leads for new customers via emails and/or calls
    • Evangelize MotionElements and have fun!
    Requirements

    What we’re looking for:

    • BS/MS degree
    • Good writing and communication skills in Japanese and English
    • 2+ years experience in Customer Service or Account Management role
    • Startup DNA: A quick learner and fast on their feet, highly collaborative, always interested in learning
    • Strong relationship building skills and a clear communicator
    • Effective problem-solving skills
    • Familiar with cloud services, e.g. Zendesk, Google Drive
