Who are we?

Cash B Cash B is a new start-up created in January with a clear vision: create a new Engagement Platform that foster a Bond between brands and their consumers. We are creating a service where the brand can directly reach their consumers and engage them with relevant content: video, tutorial, product information, recipe, quizz, games…
With these interesting and fun content, the consumer can know more about the products they buy everyday. All of his actions will be rewarded: more he engaged to the brands and to our Cash B App, more he will be rewarded, with the best reward he can hope: Cash Back!!

What do we do?

The Cash Buddies The Cash Buddies is the team of Cash B. The three owners have different backgrounds (Consulting, Marketing, Tech), different citizenship (Japanese, French) but the same goal: growing Cash B to be the best Engagement Platform for Brands and best Shopping App for Japanese consumers. Our differences and our passion is our strength, so we’re looking for more people to join the team and bring their passion and own background!

    Description

    The new Female Junior Sales We’re looking for a sales associate to join us to grow our revenue. During the first months, she will define her own sales approach and strategy, look for prospects among the FMCG industry, contact them for a 1st meeting, convince them with the best proposition and engage them for a long-term relationship with Cash B. The sales role will contribute to bring advertising and marketing content in our service to satisfy our users and engage them with the brands.

    Requirements

    The new Cash Buddy Our new buddy needs to have some experience (2-3 years) in FMCG Industry and strong sales skills because she will lead the Sales Growth in the 1st year. If she has also a Digital background, she will be a very good buddy! For sales closing, the new buddy will have to demonstrate great skills in negotiation. Experiences at brand management/sales in CPG companies, or sales in digital companies would be preferred. Our new buddy will have to speak perfectly Japanese (native or JLPT N1) and have a business level in English because she will meet many Japanese clients and English speakers. Finally, our new buddy will have to be proactive, trustful, autonomous, fun and be comfortable about working remotely.
