As Justa's Sales & Business Development Associate you will be responsible in helping tech startups in Japan to grow their teams via our Justa services.
The role is focused on business development and recruiting.
You will be:
- In charge of finding new startups in Japan
- Solidifying current startup relationships
- Building relationships with top talent
- Match top talent with startup based on culture, skills and career motivations
- Network and attend startup events/conferences, networking is a solid part of the job!
