Who are we?

Welcome to Asia-Pacific's leading luxury villa and hotel booking portal!

Launched in July 2012, TheLuxeNomad.com started off with just 4 hotels and 3 staff members (all who had no experience in the travel industry - apart from traveling!). Over the next four years, TheLuxeNomad.com has grown its team to 15, raised funds from strategic investors (such as Douglas Khoo, one of the founders of Qunar.com, China's largest travel booking portal) and grown its reach to over 250,000 Nomads.

With over 1200 villas and customers from Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong and beyond - in 2016 this fast-growing start-up also expanded into property management of short-term rentals. So now not only can you book with us, but you can 'check-in' to a Luxe Nomad property too!

We're looking for fellow Nomads who think out of the box, love to learn and aren't afraid of a bit of hard work.

    Always up for business? If strategy and problem-solving sounds up your alley then perhaps this is the role you're looking for. We’re on the lookout for someone who's good at multi-tasking and not afraid of a bit of hustle. Your task will be project-orientated where you will find yourself handling different parts of the business from our booking site to our new expansion into property management.

    Your role includes:

    • Source for new properties to be included in our portfolio of managed properties
    • Establish and maintain relationships with property owners and partners
    • Manage bookings for managed properties
    • Ensure managed properties are in good condition and assist in resolving any ad hoc issues related to managed properties
    • Fluent in Japanese and English (Conversational Chinese in a bonus!)
    • Personable and able to network with different cultures
    • Understanding of the property market and a network in the industry
    • Strong numerical and critical reasoning skills
    • Great with attention to detail
    • Business acumen
    • Start-up or real estate experience is a bonus!
    • Strong at building a network and not afraid of a cold call or two!
