MetroResidences is seeking a motivated individual as our Front Desk Executive based in Tokyo, Japan to establish our office. The role of Front Desk Executive is to communicate with guests in MetroResidences' apartments with hospitality. MetroResidences emphasize customer satisfaction, and Front Desk Executives are the key of it. We are looking for someone who has experience in Customer service or Customer Relations with hospitality, such as in hotels or serviced apartments.
Main Responsibilities • Conduct check-in and check-out for guests living in MetroResidences' apartments • Communicate with guests throughout their duration of stay • Direct requests to the proper channels (maintenance, runner, sales, duty manager…etc) • Plan, manage and audit housekeeping standards done by housekeepers • Prepare check-in, check-out and process final bill for guests
Mandatory Requirements • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Hospitality Hotel /Ryokan/Serviced Apartment • Business level English and Japanese communication skills - verbal and written • Valid driver's license • Willing to work shift system (4 weekdays: 8am-4pm or 2pm-10pm and 1 weekend 9am - 9pm, total 44 hr/week) • Possess at least a Diploma of Senmon Gakko (vocational /technical college) after high school • Good telephone and email etiquette

• Annual salary between 3 to 4 million yen annually including bonus • Temp staff for 6mth, then can become a regular staff • Social insurances provided • Transportation allowance provided • Holiday: 2 days/week • Annual Paid Leave – 12 days and will be increased as per labor law after 3.5 years of employment • Childcare leave, maternity leave will be based on local regulations
